With over 20 years of experience in Holistic Therapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session. I am an IGCT Reiki Trainer Provider, A Reiki Master Teacher, a advanced crystal healing practitioner, a Crystal Reiki Practioner and a Reiki Master.
I began The Healing Cabin Saltburn in 2019 to pursue my passion for Holistic Healing. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I only started this year.
As a proud member of the International Guild of Complementary Therapists, I uphold the highest standards of practice and ethics in holistic healing. While living in Canada, I have also committed myself to completing three levels of therapy and healing courses, further enhancing my expertise in this field. I am also a member of The Reiki Healing Association.
Most of my clients come through heartfelt recommendations. It is rewarding to know that my healing sessions have positively impacted people's lives and inspired them to share their experiences with others.
Lastly, I'm proud to mention that I actively support the Great North Air Ambulance. In my annual event last year, I raised over £600 for this noble cause. It's my way of giving back to the community that I cherish.

I recently had my second crystal reiki treatment and again was blown away with how my aches and pains disappeared immediately. I felt totally relaxed and fell asleep within minutes 😀. On my first visit, Sarah recommended a crystal for me to use and advised me to put it on areas of pain, I have used this a few times and within 10 minutes the pain has disappeared. I would highly recommend The Healing Cabin Saltburn. It was my first experience of crystal reiki so I was a little unsure of what to expect, but Sarah made me feel at ease immediately, the cabin was cosy and the bed was so comfortable. It was a very relaxing treatment and I slept so much afterwards. I definitely feel lighter, my aches and pains seem to have lessened, my partner says I look a lot brighter and all this after just 1 treatment. I will definitely be booking again. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and the purpose of the crystals she was using. She explained about the aftercare. Based on our conversation, Sarah recommended a crystal which she felt would help me on a daily basis. I visited The Healing Cabin last month and I had an amazing Reiki session with Sarah. The Healing Cabin is located in gorgeous surroundings with views of the sea, it was bliss!
